prior to submitting your application, please review the rules:
LINE CROSSING we all know this rule by now but it bears repeating: do not cross the ic/ooc line and do not bully or harass other writers. as some members may track the dropbox, we encourage anyone with an issue to PM the mods and notify us of that PM. We will handle issues on a case by case basis.
JOURNALS all journals should have out of character usernames and be free of underscores and numbers. please do not log the IP addresses of registered journals in your comment settings and please turn off all anonymous commenting in your journal. failure to comply with this rule will result in a rejected application or your removal from the game.
PBS please be thoughtful and considerate about the pbs you choose to apply with. like all other communities, we follow the five year age rule. pbs should be public figures who are easy to google. the moderators reserve the right to reject pbs or request pb changes if serious allegations come to light. these will be handled on a case by case basis. failure to comply with requests from the moderators will result in removal.
BIOS you are not required to join with a full biography, but we do expect basic information and a few detailed bullet points about your character. biographies should be part of your ooc post which should be open to either the public or at least all community members. please make sure your ooc/bio posts are backdated before you apply.
EXAMPLES you must submit examples to the moderators with your application. we would like to see one narrative and one scene but we encourage that you submit more. please make sure your examples are unlocked for the moderators at the time of your application.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE we are a first come first serve community. we will not allow challanges to any applications. any applications challenging another applicant will be deleted.
CHARACTER LIMIT at this time, we allow two characters per writer.
if you find your application was deleted you were rejected. the moderators may reject an application due to a number of issues including, but not limited to: aesthetics, character fit, poor grammar, failure to follow any of the rules listed, a pattern of ooc misconduct or harassment, or poor pb choice.
